“Minute 22” is a project about taking a single photo at the exact same time in the Arab world. The objective is to document, through pictures, what everyone is doing during Minute 22.
On Friday 22 August 2008 at exactly 2:22 pm Lebanon local time, anyone with a camera (cell phone, compact, point & shoot, DSLR, etc.) can take a single photo and submit it by reading instructions on http://www.sowarmag.com/
The number twenty-two was selected because it represents the number of countries in the League of Arab States.
