Prism Medical Ltd. has a new Chief Operating Officer, St. Louis native Charley Wallace. Founder and builder of Missouri-based, safe patient handling aids distributor ErgoSafe Products LLC, Charley arrives at his new role after already having served as President of Waverley Glen Systems Canada and President of Prism Medical USA Inc. Prism acquired Charley’s company ErgoSafe Products LLC in June 2006.
Prior to founding ErgoSafe, Charley was Vice President and General Manager of the Invacare Continuing Care Group. Under his leadership annual revenues grew from $18 million to over $85 million, making Invacare the leader of its market segment.
Andrew McIntyre, Chairman and CEO of Prism stated, “Charley came to Prism with extensive experience in the healthcare manufacturing and distribution business and has already made great contributions in support of Prism’s recent growth in the North American market.
