Munich, Germany: Munich based Coeus Solutions GmbH and Frankfurt’s evoworkx media GmbH unveil cacatoo, a service designed to make the life of companies collaborating over the Internet, easier. It allows its users to present things graphically and pictorially instead of spending time on the computer and telephone trying to get things right.
“It will make every day on the job for advertising and development agencies, so much easier,” said Ali Naqi Shaheen, Managing Director of Coeus Solutions GmbH, “because it will not only increase productivity but also reduce frustration over missed deadlines and overall costs.”
The service has been designed and developed by some of Germany’s best agenices, who using their own experience as leverage are “painfully aware of the problems facing our industry. This solution will save companies and inviduals both time and effort spent to communicate a problem or service. Our own background in both development and advertising has served as a useful guide,” said Anders Indset, Managing Director of evoworkx media GmbH.
The service offers two applications:
The cacatoo service has been launched in two languages: English and German. Although the software application is only compatible with the Windows Operating System, a company spokesperson stated that other operating systems will be supported in the near future. In addition to this, the service will also be integrated with existing project management solutions.
Company executives have stated that the product is already in use by some of Germany’s leading companies, including Burda Wireless GmbH (a Hubert Burda company), Yigg.de (Germany’s top news portal) and Burda:ic GmbH (also a Hubert Burda company).
The service is free, and the software application can be downloaded from http://www.cacatoo.com and http://www.cacatoo.de, for the English and German versions respectively.
