The Internet Data Exchange (IDX) tools work with Soletski’s MLS, Northeast Wisconsin MLS (RANW), to automatically extract listing data, format it, and display it as a seamlessly integrated part of the GreenList site. Soletski is able to customize the IDX software and decide how content will come across on his site in an effort to make the property search simpler and visually more homogenous for his clients.
IDX Broker offers five search options each with their own unique advantages and search criteria; basic, advanced, map, address, and listing. The range of options to choose from with this customized IDX solution offers each client a personalized search experience and increases the chances of them successfully locating a property that fits their needs. Clients who are unable to successfully locate a property matching their search criteria at the time they are browsing can opt to save their search and be notified by email when listings matching their specifications become available on RANW.
