Thompson will be responsible for developing partnerships with the growing network of universities nationwide as NSCM looks to offer its Professional Career Architect (PCA) training program through more continuing education facilities.
Currently, NSCM offers its training program through Austin Community College and St. Mary’s University in San Antonio along with growing partnerships with Brookhaven College in Dallas and Sam Houston University in Huntsville, TX. More educational institutions all over the U.S. are expressing interest in this career management program. Thompson’s responsibilities will be to solidify relationships with these colleges and universities and help actualize NSCM’s marketing plans.
Founder of the PCA Program and the National Society of Career Management, Master Career Architect Linda M. Ginac said that adding Thompson to the NSCM team will help the organization to expand and better manage the relationships NSCM is building with the educational community.
The PCA training program is ideal for anyone seeking career transition knowledge and professionals looking for career coach training such as: counselors, consultants, coaches, mentors, employment and training specialists, career technicians, employee development specialists, educators, transition specialists, placement consultants, executive coaches, human resources managers, and workforce development professionals.
