PRLog (Press Release) - Aug 11, 2008 -
What is a Neo-Entrepreneur? Is it a social status, or profession? Is it an age or mindset? In an age where opportunities to succeed are becoming easier, so are the opportunities to make the claim of being an entrepreneur. However, to be a true entrepreneur; a budding entrepreneur must first act in accordance with the apprenticeship in being acclaimed as a Neo-Entrepreneur.  Kazakis claims that “Just like going up the ‘rungs of a ladder’ they must first earn the right to be an acclaimed Neo-Entrepreneur, and then, with continuous rungs of mastery, will be handed the opportunity to maintain the test of time. Only then should a business person be considered and referred by peers as an entrepreneur.”

Kazakis, of ActionCOACH, is planning to run a sequence of events in early October in his home town of Melbourne, Australia. These workshops will consist of teaching the simplicity of self mastery when you’re a Neo-Entrepreneur and how it can help to boost you on the journey to become an Entrepreneur.

Day in and day out countless examples of young people’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident, however ingredient is missing - 'Self Mastery'. Therefore these young peoples discipline and focus to stay aligned with the plan can be short lived, and abbreviated. The mindset was simply not at the next level of 100%, as they may have at first thought.

As a tried and tested business man as well as having run multiple businesses, Stefan Kazakis of ActionCOACH reflects.“It frightens me to think that I once considered myself an entrepreneur in my early 20's.” After almost loosing the family home in the early 90's, Kazakis took over a family business he despised in order stay afloat and save his family. Within ten years, Kazakis lead and grew that business from a 4 persons to a 70 person operation bench mark.

As a senior and globally acclaimed business coach with ActionCOACH business coaching, Kazakis has also absorbed the education that goes along with coaching up to 25 different businesses, in almost 3 years. All of these businesses were and still are variant in size and industry, from high end billion $ corporates to your local plumbing business. The one thing that is evident all round, he says are “that consistently and definite separates good to great, or possible entrepreneur to Neo-Entrepreneur, is nothing more than mindset and the simplicity of self mastery.”

Kazakis is focussing on explaining the relevant steps required to break through and build successful return on time and money entrepreneurship. He is clearly aiming at the segment market for his events in early October.

As a child, Kazakis can still remember how would always have to win the race or competition.  He remembers very clearly always being in the leadership group of all areas. Again, it’s interesting when Kazakis looks back and sees that the key drivers for this were my attitude and mindset to get to the finish line and beyond.

Similar with his experience in business over the past 17 years- regardless the challenges, if he committed to the plan and work the plan, the plan will work for him; when I commenced and joined ActionCOACH in 2006 the overall goal was to become a master licensee and own his own Firm.

By August of 2006 Kazakis had received a Global award at ActionCOACH’s Global conference in Fiji for extraordinary results. By the end of 2006 Kazakis was a Firm owner growing a team in Melbourne and Hobart. By end of 2007 he further received various regional and local awards and had also been invited to become a partner in the Master License for ActionCOACH business coaching.

This isn’t said to impress but to impress upon you that anything you want in life you can have as long as it becomes a must!

Therefore as a Neo-Entrepreneur, while simultaneously working out the larger picture and their plan, will become aligned and clear about their objectives both professionally and personally. Their mindset will ensure that they are committed disciplined and focussed to carry the plan out. Consequently, they are climbing the rungs to becoming an acknowledged and confirmed entrepreneur by making not only themselves very successful, but many others also.

However the key is the Mindset and the attitude. This alone will ensure that the Neo-Entrepreneur is always seeking the next altitude of 100%. When they reach milestones they have strong follow through and ensure that their actions speak louder than words. They have paid their dues because they knew that they would succeed.

Kazakis of ActionCOACH is very exited and passionate about the target market, the Neo-Entrepreneurs. With the launch of his new website in September, Kazakis is very keen to impart his experiences and knowledge the next generation of Neo-Entrepreneur, regardless of age, gender or creed.
