August 8th, 2008 Sacramento, CA – Voting is now open for the 3rd annual I love Being Black Summer Photo Shoot Contest. BecauseImBlack.com is showcasing some of their award winning “I Love Being Black” clothing line with four lovely women modeling. These models display several different styles all portraying Black people in a positive light.
At BecauseImBlack.com you can view each model’s portfolio and vote for who you think has the best photos. You can vote once each day until the contest ends on August 24th. The winner will receive a full sized picture on the front page of the website, prints of their photos, and an “I Love Being Black” package of unique apparel and accessories retailing at over $200.
The Father of one of the models said “I Love Being Black is the new ‘I’m Black and I’m Proud’, simple yet powerful”. BecauseImBlack.com uses photo shoots as a way to incorporate beauty into their “I Love Being Black” product line which includes: t-shirts, tank tops, hats, buttons, and dresses. The models in this phot shoot wore different styles of form-fitting tops.
