With the opening up of another outsourced services centre at Meerut city in Western Uttar Pradesh, Cogent E-Services has achieved another milestone on the path towards growth and success. The centre is located at the heart of Meerut City, with all the basic amenities at hand. The new office will have a capacity to house 200 resources. It is a tremendous step for the young company as it reaffirms the faith which clients have reposed in it.
For last four years Cogent E-Services Private Limited has proven itself in the International BPO arena as a company providing a wide range of outsourcing services to the Banking & Finance Sector. The company entered the Domestic BPO market in May Last year with Idea Cellular Limited as a client with a small capacity of 30 resources for their Sanchaya process of the UP West circle. The process has seen a three fold increase in terms of manpower and revenue since then. In this short span of time UP West circle now ranks as the second highest revenue getter for Idea Cellular Limited in India! Appreciating the services of CES, Idea cellular has further entrusted the task of setting up an Inbound retailer helpdesk centre at Meerut city. The technology being used for setting up of the centre is being provided by Cisco and needless to say, is world class. The centre will initially be manned by a team of 110 resources.
The scorching pace set by the company has forced the spotlight on it, as other circles of Idea Cellular have sat up and begun taking notice of the level of services being provided by Cogent. Idea Delhi circle has already started transition of its outsourced services to Cogent from its existing vendors. A 60 resource Sanchaya process has already started functioning for the Delhi circle at Cogent’s Noida centre. This is only the beginning as there is more work in the pipeline!
