As well as being useful for troubleshooting common broadband and computer issues, BT are claiming that customers can call them to discuss any technology problems they are having – whether that be with their mobile phone or their digital camera.
The new tech support line will be available between 8am and 11pm 365 days a year for £8.99 a month for all BT customers, with the new promotion suggesting that people should ‘clean up their home technology’.
This is great news if you’re a BT customer and feel you would get your money’s worth from an extra monthly expenditure. But what should you do if you’re a customer of another provider, or simply think you can’t afford to sign up to another Direct Debit?
