“Jan has been selling Kiawah, Seabrook, Wadmalaw and Johns Island real estate since 1984. She has lived both on the islands and in historic Charleston so is well versed on the area lifestyles and culture. After graduating with a BA degree in English from Hood College, Jan went on to obtain a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling from the Citadel. In 1980, she got involved in real estate through her interest in historic preservation and property management. Since she has raised her family in Charleston, Jan can answer many questions newcomers may have as well as offer pertinent suggestions about education, medical facilities, and recreational activities.
