The Sony Ericsson Walkman range has just given birth to a new music orientated mobile phone, the new Sony W980i offers a new and distinct design far more in keeping with a standalone MP3 player than a mobile handset which adds to the attraction of this new, sleek device.
The Sony Ericsson W980i is the newest member of the Walkman family and certainly packs a punch thanks to 8Gb of internal memory, a smart flip design and responsive touch-sensitive keys on the outside, this allows users to easily control their music tracks whilst the phone is in the closed position and raised keys also make using in poor light a lot easier.

PlayNow is another new technology that allows access to over 5 million songs for users to quickly and easily download direct to their phone negating the need to constantly connect with a PC or laptop to uplod new music.
