Customers of Harmony Business can now check on the progress of ordered parts and scheduled visits. They can also check the machine history which will indicate how many visits the machine has had and how much money has been spent. This means that costs can be better controlled. The system makes it easier to determine, especially for large establishments, if machines are causing repeated problems and be dealt with more efficiently.
This service is free of charge to Harmony’s contract customers and can apply epos equipment, catering equipment and laundry equipment.
