Pinga Solutions provides “PingaTM e-Pages” to Green City Buildtech

Pinga Solutions has acquired the assignment, braving stiff competition from other ERP SOLUTIONS vendors.

The main reasons why Green City chose Pinga Solutions over other ERP SOLUTIONS vendors are attributed primarily to the functionalities and scalability of PingaTM e-Pages. The modules that Pinga Solutions will be implementing at Green City include Real Estate Management System (REMS), Financial Accounting system (FA), Human reserve & Payroll Management System (HRPMS).  

The REMS consists of modules that systematically cover the functionalities of project management, document management, work planning, etc. The Financial Accounting system or FA takes care of the finance-related functions of an organization. Similarly, the HRPMS covers all aspects of employee and candidate data management, employee payroll management, etc., efficiently and accurately.

The different modules of PingaTM e-Pages can be used moreover as an integrated system or as separate systems. The FA module, when integrated with the REMS, gets endowed with additional features, an important one being automatic payment entry transfer from REMS to FA. The software, when used as a stand-alone system, is able to perform a host of functions, including calculation of taxes, management of bank accounts, generation of reports, etc.

Similarly, the features of HRPMS are also improved, if integrated with the REMS. As a stand-alone system too, it provides a variety of functionalities, including the document merge facility, employee data management, etc. The document merge facility provides uninterrupted generation of any number of letters, in varied formats. The employee information managed by the system includes benefit plans, salary heads, attendance information, etc. It can generate reports on candidate and employee details, employee attendance, leave, salary, etc.
