In her continuing quest to provide the highest levels of service to clients looking to buy or sell properties, Donna McCullough-Mitchell of East Tennessee Luxury Properties, has recently been recognized with several additional certifications.
Mitchell has become a member and is working on her designation for the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) . Realtors® with the CRS are acknowledged for advanced study in listing, selling, investment, taxes and have a proven record of experience in applied residential marketing. Less than 4% of all licensed Realtors® are Certified Residential Specialists.
She has also been awarded the Transnational Referral Certification (TRC) from the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA). TRC certified real estate professionals better serve clients and customers who are looking to buy or sell real estate outside their own country and who will benefit from working with a real estate professional in that market. The Transnational Referral Certification was developed to help perfect the mechanics of cross-border client referrals.
Mitchell will complete her final course this month to attain certification as a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). She is currently a member of this specialty membership group of the National Association of Realtors® designed for international practitioners. The CIPS designation prepares Realtors® to service the growing international market in their local community by focusing on culture, exchange rates, investment trends and legal issues. The CIPS Network is comprised of real estate professionals in over 50 countries who deal in all types of real estate but with one common element: they are focused specifically on the international market, most often in their local area. Whether assisting foreign investors, helping local buyers invest abroad, or serving a growing immigrant population in local markets, CIPS designees are consumers` best providers of professional skills in the unique aspects of international real estate. To date, she has completed four of the five courses required in order to earn the designation.
