SAN DIEGO – Robert Jones, president and owner of Corporate Web Image (http://www.corporatewebimage.com), recently collaborated with the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute of California State University, Monterey Bay, to complete the initial phases of a Web site development project. The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) is a dynamic community of adults age 50 or better pursuing life long learning in a fun and flexible environment. OLLI partnered with Corporate Web Image to develop a Web site that would be easily managed and navigated, and provide new resources to its evolving community.

“Beyond a cost-effective proposal, we screened Web development companies to find an organization that demonstrated a genuine depth of understanding for what the OLLI Web site needed,” stated Lori Mannel, director of OLLI. “More importantly, we needed to hire an organization that we could trust in a long-term relationship. The questions that the Corporate Web Image team members asked during the proposal process demonstrated their technical expertise and that they fully understood the scope of services that we needed. At the end of the first phase, we had a new Web site that looked clean, user-friendly, provided E-commerce tools and complied with University branding regulations.”

The administrative interface/content management that Corporate Web Image built for OLLI of California State University, Monterey Bay, allows site administrators to regularly change content as needed, making it easy to adapt to upcoming news and events. From the consumer side, community members can easily browse courses, register for courses, pay for their community membership, register for upcoming special events, and more. Corporate Web Image designs each Web site to meet the individual needs of that given organization. In the case of the OLLI relationship, Corporate Web Image specifically created a Web site that met the needs of a community who needed an easy-to-navigate, yet informative and helpful site.
