Chaffey Home's Almarte Development
Carefree, Ariz. – Chaffey Homes, a luxury home builder based out of Kirkland, Wash., announced today that construction is underway at Almarte, the high-amenity town home community in Carefree, Arizona.

The model will be open for viewing in early March 2009 when a series of grand opening events will occur at the community.
