Design Journal Weekly, a Luckynine Design publication, sent out their first issue last week explaining the value of consistent branding. Unlike other newsletters, Design Journal Weekly doesn’t display busy graphics, irritating advertisements, or fill up your inbox every day. Instead, they have a simple design, useful information, and a couple quiet links to relevant services of interest offered by Luckynine Design.
Luckynine Design’s founder and Art Director, Kristen Friend, commented today on the Design Journal Weekly launch. “A lot of companies pay thousands of dollars to branding consultants because they do not understand the importance of projecting a consistent company image. Our newsletter allows us to freely share valuable information about graphic design, branding, and overall, how to attract more clients. Plus, design is something we are very passionate about so this gives us an outlet to talk about what we love.”
The newsletter’s header reflects Luckynine’s philosophy of getting noticed without being loud with their signature pink bird chirping in a grey scale jungle.
Subscriber’s of Design Journal Weekly will enjoy Luckynine’s respectable privacy policy which prevents Luckynine from sharing personal information, especially email addresses with third parties. The newsletter will go out just once a week and complies with the Can-Spam Act of 2003 regulations displaying a mailing address, accurate routing information, relevant subject lines, and most important, providing a means to get off the list if someone ever wishes to unsubscribe.
