F & C Marketing Enterprises has released a new blog/radio segment that discusses using humor in advertising.

This blog closely tracks a segment in F & Cs most recent radio broadcast, in which Frank Sutter talks about a video F & C recently released, entitled “So You Think Web Marketing is Funny?”

The video is an attempt to use humor to create a connection with the viewing audience, and then insert a short marketing message. In the blog, and in the radio segment, Sutter talks about the use of humor to disarm the audience, making them more open to receiving the marketing message.
