Miller Dial, LLC a leading manufacturer of product identification and user interface products, announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Harrison Screen Printing Incorporated.

July 31, 2008 - PRLog -- El Monte, CA — August 1st, 2008 — Miller Dial, LLC (www.millerdial.com) a leading manufacturer of product identification and user interface products, announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Harrison Screen Printing Incorporated ( www.harrisonspi.com ), a manufacturer of membrane switches, graphic overlays, nameplates, and labels.  Harrison SPI was founded in 1976 and has spent the past 32 years bringing innovative, high quality printing solutions to the San Diego market place.

"The completion of this acquisition represents a significant step for Miller Dial in our strategy to broaden our customer base and sales coverage," said Jim Kaldem, President of Miller Dial.  "Through the acquisition of Harrison SPI we have significantly increased the breadth of our sales coverage in Southern California, particularly in the San Diego area.
