Dr. Deitra C. Payne, President of C. Payne Consulting & Training, LLC announces the launch of Women & HOPE. Dr. Payne envisioned the concept of an organization designed to empower women with a renewed spirit almost immediately after starting her consulting business in 2006. After attending numerous networking events for her consulting business, Dr. Payne often heard women speak of wanting to belong to an organization in which they felt supported by other women, and one that provided the resources and tools that would inspire, uplift and empower.
Women & HOPE is a global community and empowerment magazine for women. It is all about women coming together from all over the world to support one another in the achievement of goals so that every woman is successful in every aspect of her life. During the research stage of Women & HOPE, Dr. Payne received excitement and wonderful feedback on Women & HOPE from women all over the world to include places as far as South Africa, Australia, and Scotland. A woman from Utah commented, "I think this is awesome. There are a lot of other inspirational websites for women out there, but none that I am aware of that focus on that aspect. My goal for Women & HOPE is to bring together women from all over the world who support one another so that every woman is living her best life. Dr. Payne has always had the entrepreneurial spirit and in 2006 she realized her dream of becoming an entrepreneur when she started her consulting business, C. Payne Consulting & Training (CPCT), LLC. It was her passion for helping others succeed that motivated her to start her own business. The mission of CPCT is to empower its clients with the knowledge, tools and resources to succeed. Dr. Payne was recognized in the 2006 issue of the Arizona Woman magazine as one of five Valley women CEO's. In 2007, Dr. Payne was asked to be a presenter at the Phoenix Black Youth Recognition Conference in which she spoke to a group of high school students about the importance of choices. Dr. Payne is also a motivational speaker, success coach and author. In keeping with her passion and excitement of helping others, Women & HOPE has now been born.
