2.   There must be no late payments or new derogatory information reported to client’s personal or business credit report for the duration of the program client has enrolled in, including the new lines that may be opened for client by Access Capital Funding Group.

3.   Client must respond to all e-mails, phone calls, and any other correspondence from Access Capital Funding Group within 15 days.
