Fitness Pros to Converge at the Annual International Fitness and Club Business Conference in Toronto

July 30, 2008 - PRLog -- TORONTO— Can-Fit-Pro announces its annual International Fitness and Club Business Conference and Trade Show will take place August 13-17, 2008 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. This will mark the 15th anniversary for this must attend event with a solid line-up of conference speakers and a trade show featuring the newest products and services for the fitness industry leaders.

Featured presenters include:

•Kathy Smith, fitness guru and owner of Kathy Smith Lifestyles
•Teri Gentes, Wholistic Lifestyle Wellness Educator and Nutritional Cooking Coach
•Dr. Joey Schulman, author of Winning the Food Fight and The Natural Makeover Diet
•Paul Chek, founder of the C.H.E.K. Institute and author of five books
•Mike Chaet, founder and president of Club Marketing and Management Services Inc.

Collocated with the pro event is the Consumer Fitness & Wellness Show, on August 16, 2008. This day gives consumers insider access to learn from the pros, attend lectures and activities, and to shop at the trade show.

Can-Fit-Pro has teamed up with STOTT PILATES®, the world’s largest full-service pilates organization and leader in pilates innovation, to hold the World’s Largest Pilates Class.

Can Fit Pro will also host the World’s Largest Indoor Cycling Class. Donations of $20 per rider will be donated directly to the Sears National Kids Cancer Ride.  

The Trade Show, covering more than 200,000 square feet of space, features over 200 exhibitors including Resist-A-Ball, Fitness Depot, and GNC.
