Mr. Hernreich is an owner of the Sacramento Kings of the National
Basketball Association, Sacramento Monarchs of the Women's National Basketball
Association and the Arizona Rattlers of the Arena Football League. Mr.
Hernreich is President of Remonov Capital, Inc., Las Vegas, Nevada, and
co-owner of Remonov & Company, Edwards, Colorado. Both are private investment
firms. Previously, Mr. Hernreich was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
Sigma Broadcasting Company, formerly Arkansas's largest television and radio
station group. He was Chairman of United States Repeating Arms, maker of
Winchester sporting firearms. Mr. Hernreich is on the Board of Directors of
The Vail Valley Foundation, Beaver Creek's Vilar Center For The Arts
Foundation, and The Board of Trustees of Washington University in St. Louis.
He is Vice-Chair of the National Advisory Board of the National Center on
Sexuality affiliated with San Francisco State University. He is a board
member of The Snowsports Outreach Society, an organization to benefit under
privileged and at risk youth, and The Eagle Valley Land Trust. He was a
founding member of the Youth Foundation in Vail, a past director of K2, Inc.,
The Miss America Organization, and past chairman of the board of Colorado
