PLEASE NOTE: We are in the process of phasing in reference Banking. Once finalized, all payments must be referenced as per the following example: QVC-00000, LQVC-000, SQVC-00 which means, you will be required to insert a dash “-“between the “QVC” and the numeric portion of your membership number. As we are unable to provide an exact switchover date, we kindly request that you continue making payments as per normal, but should you experience any difficulties processing a payment transaction, then apply above.

We would like to take the opportunity to remind you that the 2008 Annual fees are raised and debited to your account in September 2007. for those members who have debit orders instated on your accounts, please be advised that the first installment on your 2008 fees will be deducted in October. We respectfully remind all members that late payments or defaults may result in forfeiture of club units.
