The Havana Spice Company is based on a tradition of family recipes and a mixture of condiments tasted and improved by years of family cooking and refined Latin flavor, passed from generation to generation.
The idea was born in those days, to make those condiment recipes available to the public, as a business. The family was forced after years of oppression to go into exile. They arrived in The United States were survival was the first concern, making it hard to pursuit their lifelong dream of establishing a business in the United States.
After many years planning and hard work, The Havana Spice Company is proud to introduce our family’s gourmet spice blends to your kitchen and grill for everyone to enjoy.
Our gourmet Spice blends were created by the founder and president of The Havana Spice Company, JC Prellezo. Mr. Prellezo has been a Police Officer in Miami for sixteen years and has just recently fulfilled his life long dream of creating a business that he could provide quality products to the public.
