There is no additional work to be done in order for you to begin enjoying the privacy of your new home.
Myth #2: Townhomes look like apartments...

With four different floor plans and EIGHT different, unique elevations to choose from, you can count on your home being distinctly different than your neighbors. Talbitzer Homes has made every effort to ensure that there will be no noise problems. The floor plan layouts were looked at in detail to minimize any potential noise hazards. Also, many people are surprised to find out that these homes aren't even technically connected! These are actually constructed with a double wall construction and an air gap between the homes.
