Baltimore, Maryland – After a lengthy public nomination and review process, the voting public will have the opportunity to choose their favorite from among all nominees in the third annual Black Web Awards. When investment in Black websites was sparse due to the perceived existence of a digital divide, The Black Web Awards were started to invite attention and recognition to African, African American and Excellence online.
