ChatSpring LLC continues to build on its award-winning live chat software by releasing a major new version (V1.0.2).
ChatSpring is a web-based application that allows companies to add a live chat customer support center to their web site. Visitors to a company's site can request additional details, ask for help, or receive other personal attention. A company's staff can watch visitors browse their site in real time, initiate proactive chat and track visitor preferences using a built in profiling system.
This new version contains many new capabilities developed from the feedback and comments of its users. The result of this collaboration can be seen in features such as emailable chat transcripts;
