Victor Rico Frontaura has been named an honored member in government by Princeton Premier.

Victor Rico Frontaura, deputy director of political affairs for the Organization of American States, has been chosen for inclusion in the 2008-2009 Princeton Premier Registry.

PRLog (Press Release)Jul 25, 2008 – Victor Rico Frontaura is the deputy director of political affairs for the Organization of American States, an organization that unites the western hemisphere nations and strengthens cooperation on democratic values, defends common interests and debates the major issues facing the region and the world. As the region’s principal multilateral forum for strengthening democracy, it promotes human rights and confronts problems such as poverty, terrorism, illegal drugs and corruption. In his role as deputy director of political affairs, Victor is responsible for overseeing political conditions in Latin America and predicting and diffusing political crises.  He is also accountable for the dissemination of information to the proper channels, such as the secretary general.  Prior to joining OAS, he served in a variety of senior level governmental positions such as deputy minister of international economic relations, vice chancellor of Bolivia at the embassy in Santiago, Chile and chief negotiator of free trade agreements with Mexico.  Victor is an esteemed public speaker and maintains a professional affiliation with the Catholic University of Bolivia, also his alma mater.   He completed his undergraduate studies at the university, going on to study internal relations at the University of Belgrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina and economics at the London School of Economics.  When Victor is not directing the political affairs of the OAS, he enjoys reading the Columnist, playing tennis and family activities.  

In recognition of an exemplary career as deputy director of political affairs for the Organization of American States, Victor Rico Frontaura is being included in the 2008/2009 Princeton Premier Registry where he will be listed among the most accomplished business leaders and professionals from every industry around the globe.
