GALVESTON ISLAND, Texas – The Tremont House, a Wyndham® Historic Hotel, invites its brides and grooms to return for a complimentary stay to celebrate their one year wedding anniversary. Brides who book their future wedding reception at The Tremont House between July and September will receive a gift certificate for an overnight stay on their one year anniversary.
Additionally, wedding parties that book a reception and rehearsal dinner, bridal luncheon or farewell breakfast receive 10 percent off the food portion of the rehearsal dinner, no room rental charge for the rehearsal dinner and a discount on chivari or ballroom chairs for the reception.
The Tremont House, located in the heart of The Historic Downtown Strand District, offers two ballrooms. The Sam Houston Room is a 2,842 square foot room with floor to ceiling windows for receptions of up to 200 guests or 150 for a seated event. The hotel’s elegant, newly renovated 7,946 square foot Davidson Ballroom, located in the historic Davidson Building across the street, can hold up to 700 people for a standing reception and 500 for a seated dinner. The Davidson Annex, located on the first floor, can host up to 100 people.
The hotel’s Rooftop Terrace offers a unique wedding ceremony venue with views of Galveston Harbor and downtown Galveston. The Terrace can accommodate ceremonies of 75 to 100 guests or a standing reception of 100 guests.

The Spa at The Hotel Galvez offers five bridal package including one for tailored for men.
