Ex Football Player Pens Tell-All Book About What’s Really In Your Water

John Hinds, founder of The Free Water Report and a former LSU football player, reveals what’s really inside that glass of tap water (or that brand of bottled water) you’re drinking in his new tell-all book, "What’s In Your Water? – The Shocking Truth About Bottled Water And Tap Water And How You Can Protect Yourself.”

“Once consumers are exposed to the information contained in this book, their view of water will be changed forever,” says Hinds.

In his book, available on amazon.com, Hinds exposes the myths about bottled water and tap water and offers tips to make water safe again. He also discusses the importance of purifying your water at home, as evidenced by the recent discovery of pharmaceutical drugs in the municipal tap water of 28 major U.S. cities.  

Hinds has agreed to donate 10 percent of the royalties from the book to WaterAid, a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization whose mission is to overcome poverty by enabling the world’s poorest people to gain access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene education. WaterAid works in 17 countries providing water, sanitation and hygiene education to some of the world's poorest people.
