The award was based on a survey administered by BSM Consulting, independently of Allergan. They compared Skin Rejuvenation Clinic’s customer service practices and overall patient satisfaction to that of its peers, or those medical spas of comparable size who also agreed to allow the survey to be conducted. According to the findings, Skin Rejuvenation Clinic ranked within the top ten percent of medical spas in the country when it came to outstanding customer service.
