PRLog - July 22, 2008 - CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- The Western Oklahoma State College men's basketball program has announced the signing of power forward Shawnrontate "T.J." Foster to a national letter of intent for the 2008-09 academic year.

Foster, a 6'8, 215-pound power forward from Spartanburg, SC, averaged 14 points and 10 rebounds per game, while shooting 62 percent from the field. Foster played his senior season at Queen City Prep in Charlotte, NC for head coach Tony Taylor.
"We are ecstatic that T.J. Foster has accepted the offer to join the basketball program at Western Oklahoma State College in Altus, Ok. He is not only a terrific player, he also possesses every skill that Western is looking for in a player in their program. He is a winning player and he is a winning person," stated Coach Taylor of Queen City Prep Basketball.

Queen City Prep Basketball is a non-profit organization that provides a high school basketball program for young men in grades 9 through 12 and a one-year residential post-graduate basketball program for young men that have completed high school.
