Ridgeview Valley at Deep Creek Lake, Maryland hosted a riboon cutting ceremony with its invited guests to celebrate the Grand Opening held on Saturday, June 28. The cutting was eloquently conducted by Charlie Ross, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Garrett County Chamber of Commerce. The weekend marked the official Grand Opening of Ridgeview Valley. Phase I was opened with 29 introductory lots all serviced with public water and public sewer with prices starting at $119,900. The furnished model home, now open to the public, was a popular attraction.
