Doremus Hires Matt Broom as Director of Business Development for North America

PRLog (Press Release) – Jul 21, 2008 – Doremus, the agency that specializes in understanding the business of business, has hired Matt Broom, 33, to target new business development opportunities for its New York and San Francisco offices. He will be based in New York.

Mr. Broom brings both agency and business development experience to his new role, having worked with such high profile brands as Credit Suisse, HSBC and JP Morgan Chase. Most recently, he was a Founding Partner as well as Sales and Marketing Director for TORI Global, a New York-based global technology consultancy providing professional services to the global financial services industry.

He was also Marketing Manager for SportBusiness Group, London. SportBusiness Group is considered the world leader in the provision of resources for understanding and profiting from the international business of sport. The group provides information and intelligence through publications, research, consultancy, conferences and events.  

Mr. Broom also served as New Business Manager and Account Director at OgilvyOne, London. While at OgilvyOne, he held the additional titles of Account Supervisor and Account Executive, and worked for top shelf clients such as BP, WorldLink, Lotus Development, Go Fly Ltd., and IBM.

He holds a degree with honors from the School of Media, Marketing & Communications, Bournemouth University.
