The Heritage Fair turnout this year may not have been as large as previous years, but what it lacked in size it made up for in spirit. Donna Bertoni, Ray and Stacy Patterson, Sherry Tempera, Sheri Hipsley, and Sherrie Bittner were among 20 plus agents who were on hand to meet and greet the thousands attending this 3 day event.
Advance Realty Direct represented both their country and company with festive red white and blue attire and decorations. The fair itself hosted bands throughout the day on two stages with featured performances by Ronnie Dove and the Grand Funk Railroad. Other attractions included a karaoke beer garden, carnival rides, pig races, antique cars, motorcycles, a petting zoo and numerous vender kiosks. The vendor count this year expanded from 42 to over 120. Advance Realty Direct joined in the festive atmosphere, handing out hundreds of glow necklaces to children as well as t-shirts, pins, drink koozies, pens, professional advice and a daily $50 gas card raffle. The company also hosted a “guess the lock box combination”
game for a chance to win a cash prize. There was even a stretch limo sporting the Advance Realty message with banners displaying agent Donna Bertoni and red white and blue ribbons. The limo was featured in the longest running 4th of July parade in the country. Once again declaring Dundalk “the most patriotic town in the USA”. The event allowed many associates to mingle and network with the local community. There were over 500 leads collected and thousands of fair goers that visited the company's booth, many of whom were interested in Advance Realty Direct's services and had the opportunity to be immediately qualified by North Point Financial, who also participated.
