Next Step Productions Celebrates First Anniversary of its Hot Shots Instant Photo Favors Service

Brick, NJ  –  Next Step Productions (http://www.nextstep-now.com) is celebrating the first anniversary its Hot Shots Instant Photo Favors Service, which was developed to provide unique wedding  favors and photo party favors for any special event, including corporate parties, sweet sixteen parties, proms, christenings, etc.  

Specifically, the Hots Shots Instant Photo Favors Team takes candid digital photos of hosts and guests celebrating the special event, prints the photos on-site, and then mounts the photos in a variety of available photo favor options that all guests can take home..

According to Next Step Productions President Debbie Ventriello, “Hot Shots Instant Photo Favors is the answer to the boring guest gift and the forgotten party favor.  What better way to say thank you to your guests than by providing them with a candid photo of them enjoying your special celebration? In addition, a wide variety of fun frames, key chains, and magnetic frames are only a few of the options available for these keepsake photos.”  

The idea of introducing Hot Shots Instant Photo Favors came to Ventriello about two years ago when she and her family attended a sweet sixteen party hosted by a good friend who had moved into the area from Staten Island.  “My friend hired a photo favor company from Staten Island and I immediately thought that there might be a need for a photo favor service at the Jersey Shore.

Two months later, while planning her own daughter's sweet sixteen party, Debbie knew  she wanted a photo favor service. However, trying to find a local vendor was nearly impossible and the Staten Island company her friend used was unavailable on the date. However,  the DJ she hired claimed to provide photo favors as a DJ package upgrade.

“Beware of the combo package,” warns Ventriello. Although the DJs provided outstanding music for the party, the candid digital photography service was handled as an afterthought. What's more, although the DJs were contracted to produce a CD-ROM of all images taken during the party, they couldn't deliver the CD-ROM because the DJs erased the images from the memory cards immediately after the event.

“The owner of the company turned out to be a real  jerk and would not offer me a credit or even an apology,” explains Ventriello. “Rather than get mad, I got  even by starting a competing photo favor business a few days after my daughter's sweet sixteen party. I worked in the wedding industry for more than10 years and knew that I could provide a higher level of service and better quality product than what I had just paid for. Next Step Productions specializes in taking great candid digital photos and producing unique photo favors at special. events.  

In the year since its launch, Next Step Productions (http://www.nextstep-now.com) has been hired to provide candid digital hotography and photo party favors for almost every type of special event imaginable. “Corporate Christmas parties, graduation cruises, weddings, sweet 16 parties,  bridal showers, daddy/daughter dances, fund raisers, you name it, we've done it,” explains Ventriello. “One of the biggest compliments I received was when a local banquet manager personally requested our services for his brother's 25th anniversary party.”

In the past year, Ventriello further expanded her company's services by becoming an authorized Heritage Makers Consultant and introducing  Hot Shots PhotoBooks. “Now we can utilize our digital photography to produce beautiful photo books, posters, post cards and calendars.”
