The MX Logic(R) Email Defense Service with Message Continuity allows businesses to redirect inbound and outbound email to MX Logic's data centers, enabling them to access, read, and respond to emails while making any necessary repairs to internal email hardware and software systems. To activate the continuity service, businesses can contact 1-858-345-4592.
Affected businesses who contact MX Logic will receive step-by-step instructions for redirecting their email to the MX Logic service. In most cases, the service can be activated immediately. Once internal email systems recover, businesses can redirect email back to their own internal email systems and download all the email stored by MX Logic.
