Prudential Carolinas Realty Relocation receives National and Regional Awards

PR Log (Press Release) – Jul 18, 2008 – Prudential Carolinas Realty’s Relocation/Corporate Services Division has been awarded 3 relocation Awards. All 3 of the awards were given during a special awards ceremony held at the Prudential Real Estate National Convention in March.  The awards included the 2007 Keystone Award, Southeast Inventory Award and the prestigious North American Inventory Award.

This  Keystone award  recognizes the leading offices in the entire Prudential Real Estate Network with the best performance overall in the number of incoming referrals generated per sales professional and the percentage converted to closed transactions.  

The Inventory Performance Awards recognize excellence in the Southeast and North America for support of Prudential Relocation and their corporate clients.  Among the criteria for the inventory awards are days on the market, outstanding conversion rate, broker market analysis to sales variance and direct home selling costs.  Companies receiving awards are selected based upon outstanding performance records, high levels of customer service and shared business values with those of Prudential.  Prudential Carolinas Realty is a consistent Award Winning Company.
