EMG Team Member to Speak at eduWEB

PRLog (Press Release) – Jul 17, 2008 – IRVINE, CA – Earthbound Media Group (EMG) is excited to announce that a member of its Business Development will be featured as a guest speaker at this year’s 2008 eduWEB conference, to be held in Baltimore, Maryland from July 21st to the 23rd. Selected from among 100 entries, Business Development Cory Kiesel, along with eight other industry professionals, will present insights regarding a subject matter of choice at a breakfast table presentation on Tuesday, July 22nd at the conference.

“I’m excited to be chosen as a speaker at eduWEB,” said Kiesel. “An advocate for marketing, recruitment and admissions departments, I view this engagement as a wonderful opportunity to gain exposure for EMG. By drawing on EMG’s successes, I’m hoping to acquire potential leads and future clients by showing attendees how their marketing and communications needs can be addressed in simplified yet impactful ways.”

Entitled “The Shocking Truth They Don’t Want Us to Tell You: You Don’t Need an Agency to Succeed,” Kiesel’s presentation will focus on do-it-yourself initiatives that higher educational institutions can apply to their own advanced recruitment strategies via the web. He will then lead an engaging discussion on how to effectively manage search engine marketing, brand research and user-generated content without the assistance of an agency. Kiesel will also include information on how agencies can contribute in terms of guidance, service and solution development to further leverage their online marketing achievements.

In a matter of days, the 4th annual eduWEB conference will be held at the Trump Marina Hotel in Atlantic City, New Jersey. From July 21st to 23rd, the conference will accommodate more than one thousand attendees ranging from stakeholders to IT and marketing professionals from higher educational institutions across the globe.
