Endependence.Info Released A Closed Captioned Video On Plug-In Hybrid Movement

He has studied the effects of energy dependence the world is facing.  In this closed captioned video Dr. Frank emphasizes the economic destruction we could face due to the impending fuel crisis.

Dr. Frank in his video says “As I could see even twenty years ago that the United States had reached the peak of oil production. Worldwide, we're still at a peak. We're making a lot of oil. What happened to the United States is going to happen worldwide. Three years, four years, five years, ten years but no more than ten or fifteen years, at the most. We’ve structured the whole society on gasoline and diesel fuel. When we reach the peak, what's going to happen? The price is just going to go out the roof.”
