(NEW YORK, NY)—In recent weeks Bryce Gruber, a New York socialite and successful entrepreneur, announced her first pregnancy. Since, she has been managing her busy social and professional calendar, while recognizing the difficulties pregnant and working mothers endure while attempting to maintain their hectic schedules.
Bryce, the owner of IntenCity Global—a marketing and PR firm located in Manhattan—has been successfully building her empire for the past four years. Although the pregnancy came as she plans for global business expansion, Bryce has refused to let it slow her down.
At the age of twenty-four, Bryce has become well known throughout the business and fashion world, as she has appeared on CNBC, Fox News, Technorati and NYC TV, and has been deemed an ‘online marketing guru’ by The Wall Street Journal. In upcoming months she plans on making several more appearances to speak out to working and pregnant mothers to show them that while they can focus their efforts on their careers and families, they can still find time to take care of themselves—both emotionally and physically,
“It is important for me to stay focused on taking care of myself through the pregnancy, while at the same time not allowing myself to fall behind with my business obligations,”
Bryce notes the top five things for working mothers and pregnant women to follow are:
• Stop stressing about things that are out of your control
• Amongst your busy schedules it is imperative to set aside time to take care of yourself
• Find your family- as most families are spread out, it is important to stay in touch and keep them apart of your lives
• Make long-term goals for yourself, both within your career and personal life
• Envision health- it is easy to get caught up worrying about possible health problems, but staying positive will reduce stress and keep you focused on your priorities.
“By following these steps you will ensure that you reduce the stress that is attributed to motherhood and always put yourself and your baby’s safety before anything,” says Bryce.
Bryce plans to devote a good portion of her time to sharing her story of success with other women while continuing to be a social icon amongst pregnant and working mothers.
