Enjoy our menu cooked with fighting bull meat. You´ll have the chance to taste nine different dishes, all of them named after very popular Feast as: “Tercio de Varas”: Meatballs cooked with bull tail with nuts and mashed with cardamom. “Banderillas Españolas”: Bull brochette with peppers on crispy leeks. “Medias Veronicas al quite de Ibérico”: Pepper stuffed with ragout bull, and Ibero chips.
According to Mr. Angel Martin, Hotel Manager, it´s about adding something more and different to these holidays. This offers the possibility to everyone who wishes to join our restaurant to feel even closer to the bullfighting Feast, as the crew of bullfighter, who have stayed on our Hotel for many years.
