“Upon the last dollar being put in my hand, I will immediately head to Nampa, Idaho where I have accepted a position with the annual Griddles and Fiddles show.” FruitCake went on to say, “I will miss this band dearly but felt this opportunity was once in a lifetime and so I go.” Band mate SuperBeing responded with “I had no idea he liked Fiddles but FruitCake is a Griddle nut so that part makes sense.” SuperBeing added,”We will miss him dearly but he needs to go."
SuperBeing announced there are several tunes from what was supposed to be an upcoming album that the group has decided to finish and release in the future. FruitCake said, “We have had a great 10 year run and we wanted to leave something for our fans worldwide.” Their label, 10-Planet Records, has no release date set for the new songs.
FruitCake ended his comments with, “I hope to see old and new friends at the Muddy Waters on Saturday, dancing under the disco ball in the bathroom.” Visit the band online at http://www.fruitcake-
