SunLee Development LLC (a General Contractor in Northern Illinois) announced the hiring of James Kocourek today. James is to be the company’s newly appointed Construction Administrator. James has an extensive construction background. Mr. Kocourek has seven years experience as a construction coordinator with a title company in Rockford, IL. When asked what his goals are, James replied, ”first and foremost I’m to ensure the ongoing projects meet their assigned budgets. Secondly, I’m going to assist the project managers with all tasks associated to the costs of a project. So, my communication skills should come in handy.” Mr. Kocourek is confident the General Contractor will start being rewarded immediately for his hiring. “I’ve already seen some areas that will gain my focus. I have been directed to evaluate the company’s spending on repetitive construction projects for franchisees.”
