Jul 14, 2008 – St. Petersburg, FL -- Bay Area Studios Foundation seeks to encourage youth living in Central Florida Bay Area communities to explore opportunities in theatrical arts and athletics.
Since 2006, with its first series of youth theater performances;
A Garden of Truth, The Bay Area Studios Foundation has been producing effective outcomes within the community. “We instill positive encouraging words into our youth and teach them many elements of theater performance from writing to character development to stage design and more. Our organizational philosophy is to work together with other entities to produce creative ideas, provide valuable exposure and develop youth talent for the performing arts that will foster positive youth development, community advancement and a creative workforce. In addition, our desire is to help prevent kids from engaging in criminal behavior by giving them something to reach for and attain. This is our purpose for life as well as our character and talent program,” said Monica Hardwick, President of The Bay Area Studios Foundation.
