With its ongoing expansions, Raya Contact Center (RCC) is pleased to announce the opening of its newest contact center facility in downtown Cairo. With this new opening, RCC has grown to be a multisite contact center, having four different contact center facilities in Giza and Cairo.
The downtown facility was constructed to absorb RCC's expansion and accommodate with its current business growth. Today, with a capacity of 2,200 seats, RCC is positioned as the largest contact centers in the Middle East.
