Hermosa Beach Soccer Club Joins Linkedin Groups

Hermosa Beach, CA – The Hermosa Beach Soccer Club (www.HermosaBeachSoccerClub.com) today announced that it has established itself as a LinkedIn Group (www.LinkedIn.com) within the social networking giant’s portal.  Many professionals advance their careers and business goals by counting on industry and professional groups, alumni organizations, industry conferences and corporate alumni groups to help them make vital new business contacts.  LinkedIn Groups offers current and former Hermosa Beach Soccer Club players with features to that will help the HBSC family stay in touch with one another and discover powerful new business contacts.

“The Hermosa Beach Soccer Club is about more than just playing soccer.  HBSC is about building a community, that while centered on playing winning soccer, is more representative of a family,” said HBSC Founder Jesse Torres.  “When not on the soccer field, most of our players make a living as a professional of some kind.  Regardless of their profession or industry, every member of the HBSC family can benefit from the contacts available within the Club.  As such, it is the Club’s desire to bring together current and former players from among the Club’s various teams for the purpose of creating professional opportunities.”

Current and former Hermosa Beach Soccer Club players are invited to join the HBSC Community Group on LinkedIn by sending an e-mail to LinkedIn@HermosaBeachSoccerClub.com.  Within the email, players are asked to indicate the years they played for the Club and the team on which they played.
