David Campbell's Progress Report on Zetland Corporate Services in Seychelles

Zetland's office in the Seychelles is now up and running. Since my arrival in the Seychelles in late April, I have been very busy working to get our new office underway.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release)Jul 11, 2008 – I have been impressed by the warm and friendly reception that my wife and family have received, which mirrors the tropical climate and friendly, helpful atmosphere in this spectacularly beautiful island nation. Having spent the previous 12 months managing Zetland's Cook Islands office, coming to terms with the hardships of living in another tropical paradise was not quite so onerous!

During May I visited associates in Kenya and Cyprus as well as attending the ITPA Cyprus meeting. As Michael Foggo mentioned last month, I am planning to visit with intermediaries and associates of Zetland in the Middle East in late July or August, and will provide further details of my itinerary once confirmed next month. Please contact me if you would like to meet with me.

Next month I will also provide an update on the Seychelles jurisdiction and outline the many advantages it offers, making it one of the most attractive total packages in the offshore world today. The Seychelles is reportedly one of the fastest growing offshore jurisdictions in the world. The Seychelles International Business Authority (SIBA), which covers both the licensing and regulation of the primary offshore business activities in the Seychelles, reports that there were over 48,000 companies on the Seychelles register as at April 2008, with 10,295 companies alone registered in the last year alone.

I look forward to providing further details of the reasons for this exponential rate of growth, and outlining what the Seychelles jurisdiction has to offer.
