The way Coodam works is very simple.  People register themselves as either Tutors or Students.  Tutors can offer their free classified listing with their price and students can also list their requirement for tutors to BID.  Tutor schedules the classroom and students use SAFEPAY to pay for the class.   If students raise arbitration, then Coodam moderators check to see if the class was really conducted in an appropriate manner to resolve the arbitration.    

Coodam also offers Public Sessions for Tutors to share their expertise to the Global Space. People can join free if registered and the classroom is robust to provide conference Audio / Video and Chat Session features.  Tutors will be the moderators during the complete session to control the classroom and respond to students when they need assistance..
